VDI-QA automation
The ANWB is modernizing its business operations. This means that the ICT infrastructure will undergo major changes to support the large number of employees in their daily work.
What is the project?
The ANWB wished to automate its Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) monitoring and quality control
To ensure stability and prevent unnecessary downtime.
Our contribution
2TestIT creates an attended robot to test (virtual) desktop performance and application quality. This robot tests the applications used and the environments in which they operate (e.g. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and laptops) so that users can perform their work with as little interruption as possible.
Windows 10 migration
The ANWB is modernizing its business operations. This means that the ICT infrastructure will undergo major changes to support the large number of employees in their daily work.
what is the project?
All Windows applications that ANWB uses in its services had to be tested.
Our contribution
2TestIT has checked a list of applications for correct operation for this project. In cases where the software did not function properly, 2TestIT has adjusted the software if possible or, in extreme cases, replaced it so that ANWB can continue to provide its services even after the migration.
Load & Balance testing
The new intranet platform tested for user load and functionality.
What is the project?
The BZK has set up a new intranet environment with the Bloomreach frontend framework. Bloomreach is a CMS with the aim of quickly setting up, measuring, scaling and continuously improving the customer experience of companies around the world. 2TestIT helped with testing this. Two tools were used to measure the CMS
Web scraping:
This is a computer technique that uses software to retrieve information from web pages and analyze it or not. Typically, the software attempts to explore a portion of the World Wide Web using the code-based Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), or by simulating browsing behavior with a Web browser such as Mozilla Firefox.
Our contribution
2TestIT has developed test flows with the above tools to measure the behavior of Bloomreach on both the frontend and the backend.
Migration support
2TestIT, in collaboration with Capgemini, carried out the migration of security certificates at the Public Prosecution Service.
What is the project?
Within the Ministry, employees were asked to replace the current mobile internal communication apps with an updated version.
Our contribution
2TestIT's task was to support approximately 6,000 users with varying technical knowledge during the installation procedure. Users received instructions (per location) to perform the migration themselves. If the user wanted additional support or encountered a technical problem during the migration, they had the option to contact 2TestIT by telephone for further support.
Platform Wiki realization
Centric Living Environment is a platform that municipalities use. We have created the user wiki for this.
What is the project?
Centric saw a need to create documentation for this platform, giving civil servants the opportunity to look up the required functionality. Centric was looking for a system that was maintenance-friendly and could be implemented within the living environment, which is why it chose to use Wiki.js for this.
Our contribution
2TestIT initially converted instructional videos into user manuals with visual support (animations and screenshots). Subsequently, the elaborations were converted into Wiki pages so that users can easily find them through the linked links on the Living Environment platform. Platform Accessibility integration
Centric Living Environment is a platform that municipalities use. We have implemented the WCAG guidelines in the context of digital accessibility.
What is the project?
Centric Living Environment is a platform for processing permits, supervision and enforcement that Centric supplies to the municipality and environmental services.
Our contribution
For the project we made the user and administration parts of the platform WCAG 2.1 compliant.

Collaboration with NetCompany to make the SKB platform of the Ministry of Finance and WCAG compliant
What is the project?
NetCompany has developed the Treasury banking application for the Ministry of Finance. Treasury banking is intended for institutions that perform a statutory or public task and receive funds from the government for this purpose. This means that they hold public funds with the Ministry of Finance. Public money does not leave the treasury until necessary for the performance of that public task.
Our contribution
For the project we made the user and administration parts of the platform WCAG 2.1 compliant.
Skills used
Program ROGER
In the coming years, the defense of the future will be built. MinDef switches to the latest ERP system from SAP in this project.
What is the project?
Many system transactions and updates take place where functionality and reliability must be continuously tested.
Our contribution
2TestIT supported manual testing in the 1st phase of the project. In the subsequent phases we switched to test automation. 2TestIT accurately converts SAP processes documented in ARIS into Qualibrate test scripts.
Field testing TV platforms
2TestIT tests devices against the criteria for Ziggo certification
How does that work?
The field test is done with a quick test that lists all the requirements that the device must meet. Step by step we check the settings, translation, display, users & experience (UX). The manufacturers send television sets to 2TestIT on behalf of VodafoneZiggo. After receipt, 2TestIT starts the quick test. In the event of inconsistencies, bugs or other shortcomings, these are described, such as: Reproduction steps Desired situation and/or solution We communicate these to the manufacturer using the Ziggo bug tracker.
Role of manufacturer
After the manufacturer receives the feedback, they ultimately decide whether to make this adjustment.
Document manuals
They support all certified devices in the user area. This means that the helpdesk must be provided with device manuals.
How does that work?
2TestIT goes through the steps to perform a setting and records the images. These are also provided with an accompanying step-by-step description so that the VodafoneZiggo helpdesk employee can always support the customer, regardless of experience. 
Documentation during the transition to digitalization
In 2020, VodafoneZiggo will completely get rid of analogue television signals. We have written customer instructions for this.
what is the project?
Between 2018 and 2022, Vodafone Ziggo switched its services entirely to a digital signal.
Our contribution
2TestIT has documented the necessary steps for users for all Ziggo certified television platforms and converted them into manuals so that Vodafone Ziggo could use them to switch its customers to a digital signal.
Functional Application testing
TCS manages the system for all train movements on the Dutch rail network for ProRail. 2TestIT does the testing work in this project.
what is the project?
TCS has been hired to manage, maintain and further develop the existing applications (VOS: traffic controller support systems; critical business factor).
Our contribution
2TestIT fulfills the functional test requirement during the further development of the VOS applications.
