2TestIT does more than the name suggests, we don't just do test work.

Product testen

Testing the performance of your products i.a. development, system and acceptance.

2TestIT operates in various test areas. In these test areas, we carry out work in the development, system and acceptance fields, among others. To do so, we use various forms of testing:

Which test type(s) are applicable in a test process is laid down in a master test plan in consultation with the client. The master test plan gives a total overview of what will be tested within which test type and with what depth. This can prevent components being tested in multiple test types with the same depth and based on the same specifications.


RPA

Automating through the user interface, by mimicking the manual process.

2testIT automates processes for both production pipelines and end users. Some examples:

Digital accessibility

Testing and implementing accessibility functionalities in web applications in accordance with WCAG guidelines.

The internet is becoming increasingly important in our society, with the result that people with visual or hearing impairments are also more frequently using online services. To improve accessibility to the internet, the W3C (World Wide Web Consortiumexternal link) has set out guidelines for web content accessibility. These guidelines are set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAGexternal link) with the aim of making the internet user-friendly for the widest possible audience.

Here you can think of things like:

  • Functionality for screen readers
  • Custom display capabilities
  • Text descriptions of video and/or audio material

2TestIT helps implement the WCAG guidelines and uses its own application called WAT, (Figure 1).

This application allows us to quickly and efficiently test web applications with HTML markup against WCAG guidelines.

Upon completion of the review, alerts are generated of the elements that do not comply with the WCAG guideline with descriptions of the identified problem and which guideline is not complied with (Figure 2).

This enables 2TestIT to also make your web application available to people with disabilities quickly and efficiently.


Community management

Supporting your customer (service) by reproducing and escalating your users issues.

We focus on supporting customers through, for example, a community forum. Here, a variety of technical questions and complaints are shared that users experience while using our products or services on a daily basis. They often lack the time or technical knowledge to solve them independently.

Our support includes:

  • Analysing and resolving technical failures.
  • Improving functionality and user experience.
  • Providing clear and reasoned explanations of technical issues.

As the technical link between customer and solution, we actively address these questions and provide appropriate support. The nature of the problems varies widely. Consider, for example, a device/application control that does not respond properly. In such cases, we provide the customer with advice, such as a link to a relevant page on our website with instructions on how to pair or reset the device.

Sometimes it is necessary to search the forum's internal archive for previously solved cases. By using targeted keywords, we find relevant solutions and share, for example, a step-by-step plan that has previously been successfully applied to a similar problem.

In short: technical support in the broadest sense of the word, helping customers with a variety of questions via an accessible and customer-oriented online environment.


Migration support

Supporting migration processes by automation.

A Migration involves transferring all files from the system to the new system.
Consider the software on which the systems run. Examples include:
  • Upgrading OS (Windows 10 => Windows 11)
  • Compatibility check of your applications in new environment(s)
  • Backup and recovery plan implementation and verification

Documentation

We provide your application(s) with a wiki/knowledge base for user instructions.

We create and/or supplement your knowledge base with documentation compiled together with your organisation or provided in advance. The knowledge base itself is set up in a user-friendly way so that your organisation can also add adjustments or new documentation after implementation. This ensures that you always have the right information available quickly for customers, consumers and internal teams.For example:

Web development
