This matrix shows what know-how is needed to provide services and products and who has the skills. This shows that not all employees (yet) have the desired knowledge and skills to implement (all) 2TestIT products. The difference between these two determines the employee's training plan to grow into a fully-fledged professional. We want to work together with the client on projects where the knowledge acquired does not disappear but remains available to both the employee and the client.
